WHAT THE FIRST 30 DAYS LOOKS LIKE.
Week 1 — Application and onboarding. You apply. Luis reviews it personally. If it's the right fit, you're onboarded onto the Asper platform and your first programme is built from scratch around your intake data.
Week 2 — Your first training block begins. Your programme goes live in the app. You train, you log every session. The weight you lifted, the reps you hit, how the session felt. That data starts building a picture.
Week 3 — The system starts working. Luis reviews your logged sessions. Trends emerge. Adjustments are made where needed. Your check-in happens. Structured, specific, useful.
Week 4 — Forward planning. Based on four weeks of real performance data, your next block is built. Not from a template. From what your body has shown it can handle and where it's ready to go next.
